Website and App: live soon
Mr. Rohith Chindam approached (24 Dec 2019) us with an idea of inculcating technology and machines into the event planning industry. His ideas were shared with our core team Mr. Rishwanth and Mr. Vamshi thereafter we went through a non-disclosure agreement and started working on his dream.
The first step was market analysis and research. We researched and analyzed the current situation of the market and observed that Rohit’s ideas would transform entire event planning industry and bring him good fortune we also consulted our market advisor Mr. Abhishek and discussed for 15 days and came up with a report which was very positive so we were ready to go. (Date –16 Jan 2020)
The second step we went through basic steps of company registration through the chattered accountant and legal advisor Mr. Ritesh and completed all legal procedures which bought huge confidence to Rohit (date -30 Jan 2020)
The third step was the development of the application,website, and some machines as suggested by Rohit. We started with basic things like logo design and basic designing things done by our designer Mrs. Prerana. We hired some more candidates which Rohith needed like event stylists to work with him. We have this facility to work in our office which made him save his money spending on the office and staff we provided him, efficient employees, he needed. (date – 26 Feb 2020). We discussed a lot with him and after many discussions the trial design of all technical requirements was ready and we started work.
The website was designed by Miss. Poojitha and Miss. Shravani. Phase one was completed by April 2, after a few more discussions some changes were suggested, and the website was redesigned, and by May 15-second phase of the website was designed. It was build using react and we concentrated mostly on UI/UX. We delivered the website by June 3. The website will be completed soon.
Application: As Mr. Rohith suggested we just delivered an android application. Mr. Vamshi started building it along with his team and completed phase one by April 7 and the second phase by May 13 and would complete the app along with hosting was done.We used the android studio completely. Soon to be live on play store.
Machines: Mr. Rohith asked for three types of CNC machines which would also do laser engraving.Firstly we started with the first foam machine design on April 20 with our developer Mr. Suhas G and successfully completed on June 25. Currently, we are in the development phase of the other two machines.
The fourth step was marketing.We started marketing after the company registration and started marketing through our Instagram account too and Mr. Rohith successfully completed four events and his dream is going to be live soon. We thank Mr. Rohith for trusting us.
